Alice Theodorou gained her Masters in Architecture from The Royal College of Art and was awarded a Distinction for her final thesis project 'The Future Will Just Have to Wait'; the project was published worldwide and was nominated for an RIBA President's Medal. Alice has worked across the Architecture and Design disciplines in London, Barcelona and Lessac, and has facilitated design and architecture workshops for both The Serpentine in London and at VITRA's Boisbuchet campus in France. Alice has been a tutor and guest critic at The Royal College of Art for ADS4 since her graduation.

Oscar Plastow began his career as a Construction Site Manager on large-scale conversions in Devon, before moving to London to study Architecture, where he completed his Masters in Architecture at The Bartlett. Whilst working for Chris Dyson Architects in London's Spitalfields, Oscar oversaw the construction of various multi-million pound projects for the practice. His understanding of structure and material allows him to design intuitively and stay one step ahead of the construction programme on site. Oscar's work has been nominated for an RIBA President's Medal.

The Picture House was derived from a clear client brief for a rear extension- maximise the proportion of the glazing to the rear facade, and in turn minimise the appearance of the other constructed elements.
